FAQ & Resources

Are the items I see exactly what I will receive?

The description of the item will indicate whether it is representational or the exact item you will receive. Stones and minerals are unique, not two are exactly the same. We welcome inquiries and requests. You can send us specifications such as the size, color, and type of stone that you are looking for and we will provide you with options.

Do you offer shipping and installation?

Yes, we do. Items shipping is calculated by weight. The shipment of large items also depends on size in addition to where it is shipped to. Please refer to the Shipping, Returns and Refunds page for details. In some instances, we may be able to offer delivery and installation of showpiece or large items. This will be arranged on an individual basis. Please reach out to our team if you are interested in this type of service.
